Booking & Studio Policy
Thank you for wanting to book a class with Miyo candle. 🐇💌 To ensure a lovely experience for all students and to allow us to prepare your class with care, please read the following before making your booking.
All class equipment, tools and materials are purchased and prepared in advance for each booking based on the number of students.
For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding of our policy before proceeding with your booking.
Cancellation & Change
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the class date are eligible for a full refund.
One change to the class date, time, or number of participants is permitted if requested 7 days or more before the class date.
Thereafter, no changes, cancellations, or refunds (full or partial) will be possible. This applies even if only one person from a group booking is unable to attend.
Master class bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Falling Sick
Please do not attend a class if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. If you are unable to attend, kindly inform us as soon as possible.
To ensure the health and wellbeing of everyone, Miyo candle reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel a booking if a student arrives unwell.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time or kindly inform us if you are unable to do so before the class begins. Without prior notice, your absence will be considered a cancellation at the time class begins.
Please understand that notice of lateness does not guarantee that the class will proceed. Miyo candle reserves the right to cancel your booking if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Studio Rules
Only registered students may enter the studio.
If you are coughing or sneezing, we kindly ask that you wear a face mask.
Please remove your shoes before entering the studio.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the studio.
*If the instructor needs to cancel due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will prioritise your rescheduling or offer a full refund.
